Summer Ball Registration

Parents,

The registration fee for this year’s season is $45 per player and $25 per additional family member.  T-Ball fee will be $25 per player.  Make checks payable to South Side Summer Ball.  A copy of the player’s birth certificate and payment of the registration fee MUST accompany the completed form, or the form WILL NOT be accepted.  All forms should be turned in no later than January 31st.  Our Softball and Baseball Commissioners must have adequate time to complete team rosters for the Tri-County/Big 10 National meetings.

 

Forms may be turned in to the school addressed to Amy Burroughs.  There will also be sign ups at the High School Gym on Saturday, January 21 between 10 am – 2 pm at the Pee-wee Basketball games.  See form below for more information.
